Alternative Bible Reading Plans:
The Bible Gateway offers several year-long reading plans to take you through the whole Bible in various ways. Below is an overview of each plan. These plans are provided by BibleYear.com..
- Old/New Testament Daily readings from both Testaments.
- Chronological. Arranged in the order that the events occurred historically, interspersing readings from various books as appropriate.
- Beginning. Begainning at Genesis and reading straight through to Revelation.
- Historical. Reads through the books of the Bible in the order in which they are estimated to have been written.
All the above courses can be sent to you on a daily basis vias RSS feed, iCal calendar link, or email, starting on the 1st January. Or visit the BibleYear.com website for plans starting on alternative dates or for a yearly plan starting with the New Testament and followed by the Old.
